Today, you fly to Lukla. The flight will be short and scenic. Upon reaching Lukla, you will meet with the rest of the crew members and begin trekking towards Phakding. Descending through the forested trail, following a stream, you reach Phakding.

Today you are heading toward to base camp of Mount Everest, leaving Lobuche, you follow the yak meadows and climb through the mountain hills to Khumbu glaciers, then reach Gorakshep, where you check overnight lodge. After having lunch at Gorakshep, the trail goes through the rocky steeps and walks along the icefalls with the glacier, then you reach Mount Everest base camp. The base camp offers peacefully surrounded peaks of Everest, Pumori, Khumbutse, Nuptse, and many more as well as massive glacier and icefall. You wake up early in the morning and gradually ascend towards the top of Kala Patthar. The trail will be rocky and snowy with a steep ascend. AMS or altitude sickness is one of the main risks while traversing at high altitudes. The main region behind getting AMS is when the body doesn't adjust to the lower level, and the result can be deadly. So it is very important to take proper measures on time. Gaining altitude with constant pace and proper acclimatization days will help reduce the chances of getting AMS.

Similarly, you also have to keep yourself hydrated during the trek, therefore, drink enough water and avoid alcoholic drinks as it dehydrates the body. If you are planning to trek in one of the adventurous trails of Nepal then do keep the above things in your mind.

The climatic condition of Nepal differs from place to place depending upon geographical regions.
